I believe in "träningsglädje" - to train happy. I believe in experiencing life and a thousand feelings in a pair of running shoes or on a bike - with sweat on my forehead. I don’t remember my personal bests but I remember all the feelings. The journey is the reward.
Men, det är ju “mitt” gym! Typ mitt andra hem eftersom vårt huvudkontor ligger där i faggorna. Jag ÄLSKAR det där gymmet, man får oftast vara för sig själv (speciellt vid 6-tiden på morgonen när de öppnar) och det är fräscht och snyggt. Har dock inte provat poolen utanför ännu, det ska jag göra nästa gång. Bra film!
